There is a 3 1/2 mile white beach just waiting for your footprints in the sand. Every vacation sport and leisure activity is right here for you. Play two extraordinarily beautiful championship courses. Get a game of tennis at the Racquet Club. Tour the island in one of our rental island golf cars, mopeds or bicycles.
If your passion is water sports, experience the surrounding waters by kayak or skiff then cool off in one of our many pools. All rental toys are available through Island Excursion at the Marina.
Lets Go Fishing
The Fripp Island Marina offers every convenience imaginable for boat owners and guests of the resort. Just a few miles from the Intracoastal Waterway, our marina offers offshore charters and inshore fishing with one of our experienced guides. The Marina Store is fully stocked with everything you need for a great day on the water, including some of the best deli sandwiches youll find anywhere.
Dining Out Around the Island
One of the things that makes our island so special is the delectable Lowcountry dishes youll find in our restaurants. She Crab Soup, Lobster Pot Pie and Pecan Encrusted Grouper are local favorites. More purists at heart go for the Buttermilk Fried Flounder and some of the Finest Steaks along the East Coast. Whatever your taste, youll find it prepared just the way you like it.
A Day in the Life of Camp Fripp
Kids love Fripp Island. And they love Camp Fripp, a day camp just for them with tons of activities from learning about the giant loggerhead turtles to searching the beach for beautiful shells as they watch the dolphins swim nearby. Theres something magical about being here. Maybe its the idea of being surrounded by water on an island or the lure of a place that was frequented by real pirates in the 17th Century, or just maybe its the wildlife they encounter up close and personal along the way, but from Memorial Day to Labor Day, kids experience a myriad of wonderful adventures at Camp Fripp theyll remember for the rest of their lives.
